The
Wisconsin Climate Action Navigators (WI-CAN) Network is a collective action initiative supported by the State of Wisconsin's Office of Sustainability and Clean Energy (OSCE) to build a network of change leaders who rapidly advance transformative climate action. The Network
is composed of leaders in energy and environment from across the state who work together to:
-
Empower local communities, provide opportunities for communities to set and work towards their climate goals, and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.
- Develop, coordinate, and promote robust climate action and outreach efforts across the state.
- Provide additional capacity and technical assistance, particularly to low-income and disadvantaged communities.
- Establish continuous communication and feedback loops to engage Wisconsinites in a shared just transition by collecting input and sharing progress transparently.
We believe that collaboration across sectors will lead to the type of change Wisconsin needs to create a more sustainable world for us and future generations. Want to get involved? Reach out to our Outreach and Engagement Specialist, Eleanor Gagnon, at
